First, thank you to all of our awesome Sponsors who make building a robot possible. Building a robot can be expensive. We literally couldn't do it without your support.
If you, or your company, would like to get involved by providing financial or material support we would love to hear from you too! See the "Get in Contact" form below. Thank you!
If you would prefer instead to donate to the First organization... GREAT! A link to their donation page can be found below.

If your children are all grown, and you find yourself with buckets of Legos that you don't know what to do with, get in contact with us! We will happily come and pick up any unwanted Legos and make sure they get to a Lego League team who can use them.
Mentoring
First Robotics introduces STEM to school students as early as 6 years old and continues all the way through high school. However, like most organizations, First Robotics relies on the hard work and dedication of its volunteers (or "Mentors") to run.
This is where you come in. If you're looking at this page then you have taken the first steps towards discovering more!
You're not an engineer? That's OK! Mentoring for First isn't just about engineering, electronics or coding. Teams need help with everything from clerical, financial, web design, social media, catering and supervision. Basically, just being there can make a big difference to a team. If you can hold a screw driver and are able to learn the rhyme "righty tighty lefty loosey", you can show a middle schooler how to do it.
That's not to mean we don't need engineers... we really do. If you are in a STEM related field your skills as a First Mentor are extremely valuable and in high demand. If you have either a little bit of time, or a lot of time, we would love to hear from you.
If you have gotten this far, we encourage you to click some links, discover more about First, then get in contact with us. Your participation could make all the difference to a student now and for a lifetime.

Elementary Schools
Grosse Pointe has several Lego League and Lego League Junior teams registered for the 2019 season. If you know someone on one of these teams, please have them contact us. We would like to include their team's contact information. This will also allow everyone to determine which schools will need help starting their own teams.
